If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Care & Connection page.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions for sending your item back.
Items must be unworn and returned in original condition.
Because each Amae piece is handmade, custom orders, personalized pieces, sale items, and international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For the fastest service and best selection, we recommend placing a new order for your replacement piece.
